David's approach comes from actual experience, not just studied best practice — he understands how small business really works, and the flexibility it takes to adapt as a business grows. He has a passion for coaching and teaching, and is a certified fitness trainer and life coach. Today he's a trusted advisor to his clients, the founder of the LeadWise method, and lead consultant on every LeadWise client engagement.

Amelia is an experienced entrepreneur, business strategist and project manager. She founded Tandem Collaborative in 2020, a consultancy that supports small businesses through growth and development. She works alongside her clients to prioritize goals for growth, define their brands, and identify solutions so they can grow their business from a place of strength. Amelia approaches business and brand strategy through uncovering and leveraging each business's authentic purpose to build meaningful and lasting relationships with their customers. Amelia joined LeadWise as a facilitator, strategist and project manager in 2023.
