David is a business owner, executive coach, business consultant, advisory board facilitator, and the founder of LeadWise Business Foundations. David started his first business in 2003 – a residential contracting company that has grown into an industry leader with over 80 staff. His experience of scaling a successful business, and ten years as an advisory board member, made him recognize the incredible value of being a part of a community of leaders and learning from the people who did it before him. David specializes in leadership development, organizational restructuring and systems implementation. He works alongside his clients to build business foundations that help them reach their potential.
Facilitator & Coach
Kim Christie has been providing solutions to leaders of small and mid-size businesses through peer advisory boards and one-on-one executive coaching since 2004. He operated a successful, long-standing chapter of The Alternative Board (TAB) before launching Christie Management Concepts in 2021. He brings over 30 years of senior executive experience and proven results in business development, strategic planning, marketing and operations. Kim’s expertise includes sales generation through mass and direct marketing, turnaround of non-performing businesses, product/ services development, strategic alliances and customer relationship marketing. At Christie Management Concepts Inc, Kim applies corporate learning with a proven system into a winning formula to help business owners achieve personal and professional visions and goals – along with a healthy work/life balance.
Facilitator & Coach
Amelia is an experienced entrepreneur, business strategist, project manager and certified DISC analyst. She founded Tandem Collaborative in 2020 and is the current chair of the Downtown Winnipeg BIZ. She works alongside her clients to prioritize goals for growth, define their brands, and identify solutions so they can grow their business from a place of strength. Amelia approaches business and brand strategy through uncovering and leveraging each business's authentic purpose to build meaningful and lasting relationships with their customers.
